Our in-store pick up process is designed for your convenience, after placing your order online, our team will prepare and set aside your items. You'll have 24 hours to pick up the order and payment will be processed in-store at the time of collection.

At The Cougars Den, we strive to ensure that all products listed are available as advertised. However, in cases where a product is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value.
